Leslie-Marie always knew that accountancy was in her future.

“I always had a love of mathematics and in my teenage years I fell in love with accounting so I knew that it would be my career choice."

As an inter-company analyst a major part of her responsibility involves collaborating with internal and external customers to deliver complete and accurate information through standardised workflows and process improvements that add value, reduce cycle time and minimise risk.

Leslie-Marie loves the challenges her current role brings her along with the opportunities for learning, “What I love most about my job is the countless opportunities to continue deepening my understanding of accounting. Accounting is very dynamic and allows for continuous learning."

She sees herself in a leadership role in the next couple of years: ”I’d like to be employed with my current firm in a challenging management role.”

If she could sum up success in three words they would be; family, health and happiness.
